Hidden away in the up market suburb of Karen is Oloolua
Forest Natural Reserve. It covers about 661.6 hectares. It provides an oasis of
tranquility for residents looking to escape the city hustle and bustle.
Main features & attractions:-
-Road trip from Nairobi to Karen in luxurious tour buses
with social distancing strictly observed
-Stop over at the auspicious Karen Water Front to buy snacks
in the morning
-Warm up and stretches
-Bonding activities with professional facilitators
-Walking/ jogging round the 5km circuit inside the
indigenous forest cover
-The natural trail intersects with the Mbagathi river that
cuts across the forest
-Marvelous experience with sounds of trickling water and
chirping birds in the background
-Visit to the 37 meters long Mau Mau caves
-Hiking thru the papyrus swamp
